We at Northeast Cybersecurity Service LLC  d/b/a CardinalsByteI are working to make our site [www.cardinalsbytes.com] , 73 Cowles Avenue, Yonkers, New York 10704  accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

At complitaxAI, we are fully committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant, most up-to-date accessibility standards to achieve this goal.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

complitaxAI is committed to maintaining substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Our site’s digital infrastructure and core contents have been engineered to work compatibly with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

Technical Measures Implemented

As part of our ongoing, dedicated efforts to maintain digital compliance and eliminate programmatic barriers, we have implemented the following technical measures across our platform:

  • Language Specification: Explicitly set the default language code within the site's HTML to ensure screen readers correctly interpret text pronunciation.

  • Logical Dom/Content Order: Structured the source code content order of all pages to match the visual presentation, establishing a predictable, logical flow for keyboard and screen reader users.

  • Semantic Heading Structures: Defined clear, properly nested heading hierarchies ($H1$ through $H6$) on all pages to enable seamless assistive technology navigation.

  • Text Alternatives (Alt Text): Provided descriptive alternative text for all meaningful non-text elements and images, while ensuring purely decorative graphics are appropriately hidden from assistive devices.

  • Color Contrast Compliance: Implemented color palettes and text-to-background combinations that strictly meet or exceed the required $4.5:1$ contrast ratio threshold for standard text.

  • Motion and Animation Control: Controlled and minimized the use of flashing or rapid motion on the site to prevent vestibular distress or seizures.

  • Accessible Multimedia: Checked that video and audio assets hosted natively on our site include necessary text alternatives, captions, or transcripts.

Continuous Evaluation and Testing Methodologies

Please be aware that our efforts to maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance are ongoing. We evaluate the accessibility of complitaxAI through a combination of regular internal code reviews, automated scan monitoring, and manual testing validation to catch nuances that automated checkers miss.

Technical Specifications

The accessibility of complitaxAI relies on the following technologies to work with the specific combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML / CSS

  • JavaScript

  • WAI-ARIA

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Third-Party Content and Integrations

CardinalsByte cannot dynamically dictate the architectural compliance of these third-party elements; however, we actively encourage our digital vendors to maintain WCAG Level AA conformance and regularly review their accessibility compliance.

Formal Dispute and Escalation Procedure

We view accessibility as a continuous process. If you have reported an accessibility barrier through our feedback mechanism and feel that your request was not adequately addressed, you may escalate your concern directly to our legal compliance officer at cyberinfo@complitaxai.com. Please include the specific URL, the nature of the issue, and the assistive technology you were utilizing. We are committed to resolving escalated barriers via alternative accessible formats or code modifications within a structured, reasonable timeframe.

Notice and Opportunity to Cure

Prior to the initiation of any formal legal regulatory, administrative, or civil litigation action against CardinalsByte alleging web or digital content accessibility violations, the claimant must provide CardinalsByte with specific written notice of the precise digital barrier encountered, including the exact URL and a description of the assistive technology used. Following receipt of such notice, CardinalsByte shall be afforded a minimum ninety (90) day safe-harbor remediation period to investigate, address, and cure the alleged technical barrier or provide an alternative accessible format.

Global Compliance Standards

While primarily governed under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) within the United States, CardinalsByte designs its digital compliance architecture with consideration for global frameworks, including the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), by anchoring our core platform engineering to the internationally recognized WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
